Ranga (Sunil) works as a real estate broker.He falls in deep financial real estate business slumps. At this juncture, he gets an opportunity to buy a piece of land near Warangal at a cheaper rate. While looking for a buyer of the land, he comes to know that the land is in possession of two big people called Konda Reddy and Lala Goud. In order to wriggle out of the land and the financial mess, Ranga searches a way out. He finds that Lala Goud has a daughter called Anita (Isha Chawla). Through Anita and with the help of his best friends Vasu  and Bosu, he plans to solve his problem. Even  Anitha falls in love with the innocent and funny Ranga, Konda wants to marry Anitha to old settle scores with Lala and their old enmity. Will Konda Reddy and Lala Goud forget their rivalry and join hands for the safe release of land? What kind of plan did Ranga had to come out of the crisis? Whether Ranga succeeded in his attempts or not?  

Isha Chawla as sunil's love shines off at every regular intervals. It may be possible that sunil could have stolen her limelite too but neverthless the pratty isha chawla deserves a well-done. Sunil proved through dance. His moves where blessed with grace and was electrifying.
